-Begins work on another movie in US
GORGEOUS thespian and CEO, Glitters and Glamour outfit, Banke Adewunmi is really living her dream, and she is very happy and excited about that at the moment.
The brilliant and humble entertainer cum entrepreneur, who left the shores of Nigeria a couple of weeks back told ENCOMIUM Weekly in a phone chat on Monday, September 1, 2014, that the purpose of her trip to the United States of America has been achieved, and she is so happy about the development.
Speaking further, the talented role interpreter cum film maker exploded, “Yes, I thank God for what’s happening in my career and life right now. I am not in the US for holiday alone, I have also used the opportunity to shoot part of my new movie, Abe Orule Kan (Under one roof). The rest of the scenes will be shot in Nigeria when I come back, and that’s any moment from now.
“Abe orule kan is a movie that surely parades a galaxy of stars from the Yoruba movie sector. I thank God I have accomplished my mission on that. The movie is a multi-million naira flick and it will surely raise the bar in the industry. It is about two close friends, one is from a wealthy background while the other is not. However, the one from the rich parents was helping the one from poor home. They both have a plan to marry same day. But one was lucky to find a right man at the right time while the other was still searching. She wasn’t that lucky like her friend. But along the line, something cropped up which I won’t like to disclose on the pages of newspapers or magazines for now. But above all, glory be to God.
“I am here in the US on vacation and for business. I only used the opportunity to shoot a movie which I have just finished shooting part of it. And by God’s grace, I will complete the whole thing. It will be coming from the stable of G & G Films Production. Abe orule kan will be released soon as it is completed.”
