Duchess of Alba willed all her £3bn (N798bn) fortune to her six children with each of them getting a palace – but left nothing to her toyboy, Alfonso Diez.
The flamboyant Spanish duchess (88) was one of Europe’s wealthiest aristocrats when she passed away yesterday (Thursday, November 20) at her Seville residence, Duenas Palace Andalusia (Spain) after a brief illness.
Her 64-year-old toyboy husband, whom she married in 2011 and is 24 years her junior, is not to receive any of her fortune, after he signed a document renouncing himself from her wealth prior to their marriage in October 2011.
