On Air-Personality (OAP) and comedian, Justice Emonaeiere Nuagbe (popularly known as Ushebebe) got a mouth-watering deal with a real estate company, TCVL a couple of days back. The deal, we learnt, is worth millions of naira both in cash and land.

Thank you very much.
How does it feel clinching such a deal?
It feels very good to be recognized this way. I thank God for it.
What gave you an edge over others, what got you this deal?
I wouldn’t call it an edge but I will say God’s favour and continuous hard work. People work just putting the right attitude and creativity.
Tell us about it?
I was made the face of a brand. I will grace their print media, television and radio adverts. The name of the company is TCVL. They are located in Ikosi, Lagos. They are into properties, sale of land, basically real estate.
How were you contacted for this job. What actually got you the opportunity?
The company did a research and I was fortunate to be at the right place at the right time. I just believe it was ordained by God.
We learnt it is worth N2 million, how true is it?
I am surprised you heard a price. I am not aware of that, but it is worth more than that both in cash and in the property I was given.
We also learnt it came with other freebies?
It wasn’t cash alone. Since the company is into properties I was given a piece of land as well.
