Married teacher found guilty of having sex with schoolgirl

A married teacher faces jail after a London Crown Court found him guilty of having a secret sexual relationship with a 16-year-old pupil.

Stuart Kerner (44) had sex with the girl, a former student at Bexleyheath Academy (London), and during the affair took her virginity. The Court heard that what started out as a schoolgirl crush turned into a full-blown affair. The father-of-one appeared stunned in the dock as his verdict was read.
