Tall and handsome role interpreter, Odunlade Adekola is one of the most sought after actors in Yoruba movie genre. Odunlade started his acting career at Christ Apostolic Church, Lanfewa, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Odun, as his fans call him, was introduced professionally into the movie industry in 2005. Odun became a street anthem in 2013 when he produced and acted in the popular movie, Sunday Dagboru. He has equally produced movies like Farapamo, Fayebora, Ila Owo, Baba Super and the popular Emi ni ire kan. He was once rumoured to have dated Taiwo Aromokan and Ronke Odusanya (a.k.a Flakky Ididowo).
2014 was sure a busy year for Odun as he featured in most remarkable Yoruba movies such as Aroba, Oyenusi, Omo University and many others. Odunlade has built a massive mansion in Olomore, Abeokuta, Ogun State where he is based.
In 2013, Odun enrolled at the Faculty of Distance Learning (DLI) University of Lagos. He is married to Ruth Abosede Adekola and their union is blessed with three boys. Odun is also one of the ambassadors of telecoms giant, Glo.
