A Canadian porn actor has admitted in court that he killed his Chinese lover and sent the body to political parties.
32-year-old Luka Magnotta, despite his confession, pleaded not guilty to murder as his trial opened in a Quebec court in Canadian, with a five-count charge levelled against him in connection with the 2012 killing of engineering student – Jun Lin.
“A person is not responsible if he or she suffers from a mental disorder at the time of the act,” his lawyer – Luc Leclair – told the jury.
