It was an unusual gathering of top music acts in Nigeria on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, at the BHM office, Ikeja, Lagos where the fuji legend, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall, famously known as KWAM 1 led leading artistes to talk about the most anticipated concert, tagged, K1 Live Unusual.
Apart from the living legend, 2Baba; afrobeat and jazz icon, Lagbaja and distinguished fuji star, Adewale Ayuba were in the house. Other music stars expected to grace the much awaited concert include Olamide, Omawumi, and of course, Sir Shina Peters and Sir Victor Olaiya.
Although the organisers are yet to reveal the full list of the artistes, ENCOMIUM Weekly gathered that the king of comedy, Ali Baba and celebrity disc jockey, DJ Jimmy Jatt will ignite the convention Centre of Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, the venue of the unusual concert, the first of its kind to be headlined by a fuji artiste, come Friday, November 21, 2014.
The show is put together by the management of KWAM 1, and fully supported by the Lagos State Government, Lagos State Signage & Advertisement Agency (LASAA) and media partner, HipTV.
