It appears the accusation that Arsenal are a one-man team this season is unfounded as they have the highest number of different goal scorers in all competitions this season.
18 different players have scored for the English Premier League giants this season, with the names on the score sheet ranging from defender, Mathieu Debuchy to forwards, Yaya Sanogo, Olivier Giroud and Danny Welbeck.
The Gunners’ tally is more than any other Premier League side have managed, as Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City are all behind Arsene Wenger’s side with 16 different scorers each.
Interestingly, even the likes of European heavyweights – Barcelona, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich have fewer different goalscorers than Arsenal this season, with the Catalonian club getting closest to the Gunners’ total with 17 of their players finding the net.
