Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy, actor Timini Egbuson and comedian Bovi were among several celebrities and personalities who attended the launch of JT Rides, an electric mobility service, in Lagos on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
The launch also attracted other personalities from the entertainment and lifestyle sectors, including Efe Irele, Kiekie, Bella Okagbue, Damilola Adegbite, Erica Nlewedim, Pretty Mike, Ola of Lagos, Eniola Badmus, Egungun of Lagos and Sexy Steel. The Macallan was also represented at the event, which brought together guests from the entertainment and lifestyle sectors.
Burna Boy participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony, which marked a key moment in the launch. Guests also witnessed a demonstration of the company’s electric vehicle fleet as JT Rides introduced its services to the Lagos market.
Founded by Babatunde Oniyide, JT Rides offers a range of services, including chauffeur-driven rides, airport transfers, luxury vehicle rentals and courier services.
