The President-elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu continues to host prominent Nigerians who have found time to visit the winner of the February 25 elections in Abuja

following the Independent National Electoral Commission’s presentation of the certificate of return (on Wednesday, March 1, 2023).

The All Progressives Congress’ flag bearer led with 8,794,726 votes to beat the three other top contenders—Peoples Democratic Party’s Alhaji Atiku Abubakar (6,784,520), Labour Party’s Mr Peter Obi (6,101,533) and Alhaji Rabiu Kwankwaso (1,496,687) of New Nigeria’s People’s Party.
