As soon as he alighted from the jeep, he dashed into one of the buildings housing bureau de change operators and reappeared after about 45 minutes, jumped into his jeep and zoomed off.
ALI BABA SPOTTED AT WAZOBIA FM – On Wednesday, November 18, 2015, at about 6:25pm, saw doyen of modern stand-up comedy in Nigeria, Ali Baba standing in front of Wazobia FM on Etim Inyang Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos. Dressed in a pair of red trousers and a blue shirt, he was in a deep discussion with three other men.
FRANK OKAMIGBO HOSTS ACTOR FEMI ADEBAYO AT PAPAS – On the night of Thursday, November 19, 2015, Mr. Frank Okamigbo aka Papas hosted movie director and proprietor of J15 School of Performing Artiste, Femi Adebayo. The astute role interpreter just won two awards in the United States of America and the United Kingdom.
Femi Adebayo with Mr. Muyiwa Adebayo, Sadiq Adebayo, Tope Adebayo and the team manager, Miss Biodun Adegboke were all in attendance.

ACTRESS FATHIA WILLIAMS CHILLS AT PAPAS NITECLUB – On Thursday, November 19, 2015, at about 2:15am, Yoruba actress, Fathia Williams stepped into D’Place by Papas gorgeously dressed. She was given special attention by king of nitelcub, Papas. She left the fun house at 4:4am. Yomi Gold was also in the house that same day.
IYANYA AND TEAM STORM D’PLACE BY PAPAS –On Saturday, November 14, 205, at about 2am, Iyanya and his team drove in D’Place by Papas in a convoy of six jeeps.
Iyanya led the team with his black tinted Bentley with customized registration number, MR. O.
Three bouncers were detailed to usher Iyanya and his team of 10 men and four ladies into the club. Same day, MC Galaxy was in the club with two beautiful ladies.
MUSTAPHA GATUSO TO HOST DJ SPICEY ON BIRTHDAY – The resident DJ of D’Place by Papas nitelcub, Lekki, Lagos, DJ Spicey will be a year older on Monday, November 23, 2015.
Mustapha Gatuso, owner of G12 Bar at Oniru Beach has promised to host the birthday boy on Sunday, November 22, in his beach bar.
MUKA AMUSAN AND FEMALE FRIENDS ON LONG QUEUE FOR ASUN – Mr. Muka Amusan, kid brother of Mr. Bayo Amusan, Vice President of Polo Club, on Awolowo Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, was on a queue at D’Place Restaurant for about 40 minutes waiting for a local delicacy, asun.
After the long wait, he and his two female friends took delivery of their take-away packs and left.

PHARMACY SPRINGS UP AT SHUT GROTTO CLUB – Biola Adegoke’s Grotto nightclub which has been out of operation for months now, has let out another portion of the building for a pharmacy.
We told you a portion of the building had been converted to a small restaurant/bar called Cabana.
2FACE, MAY D, TONY TETUILA, MC GALAXY AND OTHERS JAM AT PAPAS – The night of Tuesday, November 17, 2015, was exceptionally great for the management of D’Place by Papas nightclub, Lekki, Lagos.
Mega star of music, 2Face Idibia, May D, Tony Tetuila, CDQ, MC Galaxy and a host of others were in the house. The meeting was not arranged at all. These stars just found themselves under the same roof. They chilled together before they left at about 4:50am.
EDDY LAWANI AND FRIENDS CALL AT D’PLACE BY PAPAS – Astute show promoter, Eddy Lawani was at D’Place by Papas with two business partners. They got to the house of merriment at about 2:30am and left at 4:10am.
KABIRU RUFAI DOWN WITH FEVER – Alhaji Kabiru Rufai, who owns a bureau de change on the Island and president of the association is down with fever. The businessman was at Med-Plus Pharmacy, Lekki, Lagos, for medication.

AURA NITECLUB GEARS UP FOR XMAS – Aura niteclub which has been under renovation, for about a year now, has gotten to the painting stage. Visited the vicinity in the afternoon of Wednesday, November 18. In the absence of last minute hitches, the Mayor Solomon led club will resume operation before the yuletide.
