A nine-month-old boy has been confirmed dead after his brother, five, shot him in the head while playing with a gun.
The baby was in his playpen when his brother found a loaded 22 calibre Magnum revolver in the house and accidentally fired it.
The baby was rushed to hospital in Kansas City, Missouri (USA) on Monday, January 19, 2015) but was pronounced dead.
Police said there is no reason to believe the shooting was anything other than an accident.
