Veteran actor, Ojo Arowosafe, famously known as Fadeyi Oloro, has quashed the tale making the rounds that he has quit acting for pastoral job. He added that it’s just a figment of people’s imagination.
Speaking with encomium.ng on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, the dreaded role interpreter said, “Yes, if they said I have become a pastor, I can’t fight anybody over that. I believe they’re only wishing me well. But what’s sure is that I will, one day, become a pastor. That’s my ambition. Now, I am a worker at The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Meiran Parish. But I am waiting for God’s call which I am sure will happen one day. I think because people see me regularly in the church, that’s why they concluded that I have become a pastor.”
“And on whether I have dumped acting, that’s not true. I am still in the industry, very relevant. I have not for once contemplated quitting acting. I don’t have any other profession apart from acting.”
Fadeyi Oloro was shot to lime light in a popular Television serial, Arelu, produced by Veteran actor, Jimoh Aliu.
