Ice Prince sighted at Oriental Hotel

Popular musician, Ice Prince was sighted at the Lagos Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, on Wednesday, October 22.  Accompanied by a lady, he came in his white Bentley.

Ice Prince left the hotel two hours later, heading straight to Lekki Phase I, Lagos.

POPULAR GOSPEL SINGER EDGILBERT UZOMA RELEASES NEW ALBUM RUN

Gospel crooner, Edgilbert Uzoma, whose real name is Edmund Chinedu Uzoma, has released his long-awaited album entitled, RUN.

The five-tracker and three instrumentals album which was released on Saturday, September 20, 2014, reportedly sold thousands of copies on the first day of its release.

RUN has tracks like RUN, a single he dropped in 2013, with a video which got him two nominations, Nigeria Gospel Award and Crystal Gospel Music Award in reggae category. It also has Why? and Divine Intervention, the two tracks he dropped few weeks before the album. The album has many more gospel and inspirational tracks.

Interestingly, the Abuja-based reggae gospel singer started music from childhood as a chorister. Even while he was working with the Nigerian Ports Authority, his love and passion for music made him resign from the civil service in 1991. The same year he released Lagos Life.

“This album (RUN) is a dream come true, many years after I released my first album. I want to thank God for bringing me this far and the acceptance, so far,” Edgilbert told ENCOMIUM Weekly.

Aged 78, the families of Sotayo and Akinbiodun have already released the burial plan of the businesswoman, devout Christian and community leader who died on October 18, 2014, after a brief illness.

According to the family, service of songs for the deceased is Thursday, December 4, 2014, at 28, Itun-Sepe compound, Ipara, Ijebu Remo, Ogun state. Wake keep follows the same day at their family house in Ipara, Ijebu Remo.

The remains of Mrs. Olasunbo Kehinde would be interred on Friday, December 5, 2014, at the family compound at 3pm.

Reception follows at the Ipara United Primary School, Ipara Ijebu-Remo, while the thanksgiving service on Sunday, December 7, is at Ipara Methodist Church, Ipara, Ijebu-Remo, Ogun state.
