NIGERIA’s most celebrated nightclub and hospitality brand Quilox, is worth over N1 billion, ENCOMIUM Weekly’s findings have revealed.
The club’s chairman, Mr. Shina Peller revealed this recently, ahead of the club’s re-opening.
The estimate, we learnt, covers the cost of the property, the internal club structure, fittings and assets. Peller equally said the club’s value also includes identified brand equity.
It took over two years to construct the luxury nightclub, which is located on Ozumba Mbadiwe road, in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Quilox sits on multiple plots on the super premium Ozumba Mbadiwe with its impeccable design and finishing complemented with stunning and first of its kind décor and lighting, world class customer service and hospitality, renowned DJs and an over the roof sound system that pundits say is the first in this market.
Quilox, which re-opened on Friday, August 1, 2014 after a brief hiatus is now optimized for even more posh partying, with the introduction of the VVIP Friday night gigs, as well as karaoke and the innovative Quilox pocket money.
