KEFEE’s husband, TEDDY MOMOH finally opens up on wife’s death ‘Life can’t be the same without Kefee’

TEDDY Momoh is the husband of late sensational gospel singer, Kefee. Few weeks after the burial, he stepped out at ENCOMIUM’s Black & White Ball on Sunday, August 10, 2014. In an exclusive interview with us, he opened up on Kefee’s last moments and what he missed most about her.

What would you miss most about your wife?

I can’t say all I’m going to miss about her because there are uncountable things to miss. She was a complete, Godly, highly intelligent and strong woman. All these I will miss, and also not having her by my side forever. She was a woman that knew what to say to me to keep me fired up.

What were your last memories together?

The last memories we had together were shared between Nigeria and America. We shot our first video together here in Nigeria as certified video producers and directors. It was fun to see her contribute highly and creatively in the camera positioning, and I told her, “You are what the industry has been waiting for.” This happened just a day before she travelled back to America.

What were her unfulfilled dreams and how do you intend to carry them on?

Before her untimely death, she was working on her beautiful album from the best of both world compilation double CD and I would be putting finishing touches to the album. She had two projects for her foundation that she was working on before she travelled. But by God’s grace, the team would bring it to realization. Also, watch out for her video compilation that our team would be dropping soon. She left her legacy and I’m asking her fans to support her even now as we drop songs on iTunes and CD for public consumption.

How does it feel being back to work because many feel you should still be mourning?

As much as I miss and adore her, “Life cannot be the same without her” and the same applies to work. But as a professional, in my career with over 17 years of broadcasting experience, I will keep pushing and giving my best.

What are your new plans for work?

In my profession as an OAP, we are in the business of keeping you informed, inspired, entertained and making you happy every time and I don’t intend to stop as I keep researching to get the best for my listeners on radio and viewers on TV. So, keep supporting the brand, Kefee and watch out for her works that would be dropping soon from her stable, Branama Afrique. I thank everyone for their prayers and support.
