MTN Nigeria joined the world to celebrate the annual Customer Service Week from October 3 – October 7, 2022. Like every year, there was a line-up of activities for the week, to appreciate all the customer service personnel across all MTN Nigeria outlets, and MTN customers across Nigeria.

MTN kicked off the week by celebrating Nigeria’s 62nd independence anniversary, after which a gameshow was organized majorly for MTNers. Winners went away with different mouth-watering prizes.

There was also the costume day, where MTNers had the liberty to express their creativity and play dress up to work. MTN customers were not left out of the celebration, as there were different exciting activities across all MTN’s social media platforms for customers. Some of the activities included online competitions and quizzes, photo challenges, airtime top-up and giveaways.

A Twitter space tagged ‘Empowering Customers and Community’ was also held on Friday, October 7, 2022, to discuss with MTN customers on how MTN can continue to deliver excellent service while at the same time improving the quality of lives of customers.

Speaking during the celebration, Chief Customer Service Officer, Ugonwa Nwoye highlighted that MTN is committed to ensuring that all their customers are happy and satisfied. She stated that “We understand that our customers are the reason for our existence and achievements over the past two decades, and we are extremely committed to ensuring that they are adequately satisfied and happy with our service.”

While the Customer Service Week celebration ended on the 7th of October 2022, MTN has assured customers that the airtime gifts and giveaways will run till the end of October. To participate customers can follow MTN’s social media accounts where all activities and information are communicated.
