On Monday, February 6, 2022, one of the frontliners in the Real Estate sector, Perfection Real Estate Group held a conference at Lagos Resource Centre, Anifowose street, Victoria Island, Lagos, aimed at raising High networth Individuals who will be groomed to become great investors in real estate whereby they will be able to grow and multiply their wealth through real estate and other income generating assets and systems.
According to the president of the group, Mr Niyi Adeleye, the vision of the organization is to empower people through real estate, that’s economic and knowledge empowerment through real estate wealth.
“Our vision is to empower willing individuals to become wealthy in real estate. You may not have necesssnece come from a wealthy family, but a wealthy family can come from you.

There was also a short, but informative drama presentation at the event by the Perfection Real Estate drama group which analysed the concept clearer to the admiration of the attendees who came from far and near.
The last speaker, Mrs Mercy Ezenwa, a serial entrepreneur and capital investment guru, MD/CEO of Kangen Water Machines Limited, Chezmeafis Ventures also educated and gingered the audience with exciting presentation. She spoke spoke extensively on the need to be a participant in the profitable venture via the Block Chain which will later make one stand shoulder to shoulder with the high and mighty in the country and beyond. She emphasised on the use of block chain technology which according to her, can’t not be manipulated or faulted unlike other sources of I formation. “You can access your investment yourself as it grows. No one can manipulate it”, she said.
