Richard Branson gives Virgin staff as much holiday as they like

Billionaire entrepreneur, Richard Branson, has revealed that Virgin Group staff will be allowed to take as much annual leave as they want, in a bid to boost morale.

Writing on his online blog, he said the group’s employees in the United Kingdom (UK) and the United States (US) will have no limits on their time off – as long as they are up to date on every project and their absence will not harm the business or their careers, saying: “It is left to the employee alone to decide if and when he or she feels like taking a few hours, a day, a week or a month off.”
