Billionaire businessman, Prince Samuel Adedoyin has added to his chain of business interests. The Doyin Group of Companies boss just completed a luxury hotel called Beni Apartments. It is a 60 suite facility on Ahmed Onibudo Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Sources revealed the latest addition to the Doyin Group boasts of all the good things of life. The rooms are fully equipped with state of the art amenities, 24 hour internet access, there is an Olympic size swimming pool, conference rooms and more. The hotel is a 7 storey building and has an upper terrace where the beautiful view of Victoria Island is visible.
Our source maintained the hotel costs the business man about N200 million and accommodation there is quite expensive. An executive apartment there cost between N50,000 and N65,000. The rate covers breakfast, internet access and others.
The Doyin Group of Companies under which Beni Apartment operates, is a wholly indigenous conglomerate comprising of 15 subsidiaries. The group founded by the Kwara born mogul, Prince Samuel Adedoyin started as a small trading business many years ago and grew into a conglomerate. The group’s business interests spans manufacturing, real estate, banking, hospitality and energy.
