Uzodimma commiserates Sule over son’s death

Imo State Governor, Sen. Hope Uzodimma has commiserated with his brother Governor of Nasarawa State, Abdullahi Sule, over the sudden death of his son, Hassan Sule.

 

Hassan reportedly died suddenly on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at the age of 36, according to a statement by Governor Sule’s Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Addra.

 

He was laid to rest on Friday, January 27, 2023 in Gudi, Akwanga Local Government Area of Nasarawa, the statement added.

 

In a statement,  Friday, by Governor Uzodimma’s Chief Press Secretary and Media Adviser, Oguwike Nwachuku, the Imo State Governor said that Hassan’s passing was shocking, devastating and a huge loss to the family, State and the Country.

 

He regretted that Hassan died in his prime when he had a lot to contribute to the betterment of our society.

 

Governor Uzodimma prayed God to grant Governor Sule, the widow of the deceased and all that he left behind to mourn his death the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

 

The Governor also encouraged them to look up to God,  the author and giver of life, for the grace to weather the unexpected storm just as he prayed for a peaceful repose of the soul of the deceased.
