Well wishers broke into a victory dance as Olujowan Obasanjo and Temitope Adebutu tied the nuptial knots at the Methodist Church of the Trinity, Tinubu Square, and hosted high society to a spectacular reception at Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island (both in Lagos), on Saturday, May 13, 2017, without the predicted calamities and catastrophes.
Chief Olusegun Obasanjo’s son, whose mother (Mrs. Taiwo Obasanjo) reeled out doomsday prophecies if the wedding went ahead, and Sir Kessington Adebutu’s daughter, as well as their families and friends were joined by good natured souls in prayers as the events were not disrupted.
With the crème of Nigeria abundantly represented, the joyous event ended on a happy note to the delight of all.
