‘Anyone who sleeps with Wuraola risks death’: Inside the marriage dossier of Ooni (18)

Both palace insiders and friends of Olori Wuraola Zaynab Otiti Ogunwusi agreed that she never strayed from her matrimonial bed all through the 16 months the union with Ooni of Ife (Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi) lasted.

While her friends washed her clean and dismissed any shenanigan on her part, palace insiders mentioned deeper reasons why it’s impossible to sleep with the wife of a deity like Ooni of Ife.
“Don’t forget, Olori Wuraola was always accompanied by at least two aides wherever she went, either in Nigeria or abroad. So, it’s impossible for her to attempt any such misdemeanor even if she wanted to,” an insider told encomium.ng.
“What’s more, she can never forget the rituals performed on her before she graced the bed of the King. She could not have tried it.”
And sources in the palace also corroborated the point on rituals which went on for hours on the royal couple’s wedding day on March 12, 2016, before the marriage could be consummated.
“No one can sleep with the wife of the Ooni;” insiders in the palace in Ile Ife (Osun state) reiterated. “Ooni is a powerful King, a deity. Whoever tries to woo his wife is doomed. The repercussions are far reaching and terrifying.
“Those mentioning Tunde Ayeni don’t know what they are talking about. The gentleman was one of the major sponsors of Olojo festival last year in October. I was there when he came to the palace in Ile Ife where the Ooni thanked him profusely. Quincy Ayodele’s husband (Engineer John Ayodele) was there.
“That’s the connection!
“As for Dapo Abiodun of Heyden Petroleum, the tale is off the mark. Both of them have even distanced themselves from the horrible rumours.”
What’s difficult to understand now is how Olori Wuraola will move on if the marriage breaks down irretrievably. Will rituals be undertaken to protect her and her love interest in future?
