A 25-year-old bride had to shed nearly half her weight to fit into her dream wedding dress.
Kirsty Thomas, who was a size 16, had bought a size 8-wedding dress which, when she saw, knew it had to be hers as she wanted a wedding album she could be ‘proud of’.
She, instead of feeling daunted by the prospect of having to lose a vast amount of weight, realized it was just the impetus she needed to get back in shape. She remarkably achieved the feat, losing 5 stone in just nine months!
