The masked Islamic State militant in videos beheading journalists, Jihadi John, has been identified by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), according to reports.
The FBI’s director, James Comey, made the announcement to a small group of reporters yesterday (September 25), but declined to give his name or nationality.
