KCee abandons Lekki house for Omole edifice

WEALTHY pop star, Kcee no longer lives in his Chevron Estate, Lekki, Lagos house. He has since reportedly returned to his Omole Phase 2, Ikeja, Lagos abode.

The Pull-Over and Limpopo exponent has allegedly rented out the N100 million edifice he acquired in 2013.

In the Omole neighbourhood where the maiden winner of Star Quest currently resides, he actually has two houses. One is a duplex, while the second is his brother’s wondrous mansion which happens to be the most magnificent in the area.

Kcee’s new home is on Folashade Abike Street and not far from their first apartment in the same GRA. It is strategically positioned at the end of the street, off Tobak Okunoren Crescent, Omole Phase 2.

Insiders say the building, which Kcee would definitely remodel to suit his exotic taste, also cost him millions of naira.

ENCOMIUM Weekly couldn’t reach out to the multiple-award winning pop star before going to press because he was outside our shores for shows. His Manager, who is also Five Star Group General Manager, Mr. Soso Soberekon, however, told ENCOMIUM Weekly their label doesn’t discuss artists’ material wealth but creative efforts.  Soso also couldn’t confirm if Kcee has eventually packed out of his Lekki edifice or rented it out when we called on Sunday, May 17, 2015.

Kcee became a bigger success after going solo, few years ago.  The MTN ambassador and entrepreneur has been churning out hot singles in addition to his first album, after splitting with erstwhile partner, Precious John.

He’s currently working on yet another album to further consolidate his over one decade in the industry.  And not so much in the news lately, Kingsley Okonkwo, whose marital status is still a subject of controversy, has now resurfaced with unconfirmed report, he has rented out his Chevron Estate edifice and returned to Omole Phase 2, Ikeja, Lagos, where he has yet another property.
