Peace returns to Afeez Owo, Mide Martins’ home

It’s now a moment of joy and love rekindled in the hitherto broken home of star actress Mide Martins and her hubby, Afeez Abiodun (Owo) since they reconciled a couple of weeks back.

An industry source disclosed to ENCOMIUM Weekly that the family is completely at peace now, living in their apartment on Love Avenue, Bishop Awoluyi Estate, Oko Oba, Lagos.

The source further disclosed that the estranged couple was reconciled by a top socialite in the vicinity. And shortly after the peace meeting with the socialite, the couple, we were told, headed for a fun spot somewhere in Ikeja, Lagos where they treated each other to a lavish dinner.

“I am happy for Mide Martins and her husband, Afeez Owo. Their home is at peace now. I learnt they were together at a movie location few days ago. They’re fond of each other now. Their love is even stronger than ever before. Even, I learnt their children are so happy to see their parents at peace after the palaver.

” I learnt one of the society bigwigs in Oko Oba area brokered the peace. And they both pledged to sheathe their swords. I also learnt Mide’s husband moved his belongings back into their residence in Oko Oba, Lagos shortly after the peace meeting.”

ENCOMIUM Weekly’s efforts to capture the post reconciliation atmosphere in the family failed as Mide and her husband, Owo were said not to be around when we visited their residence on Friday, May 6, 2016.

Also, In a bid to confirm the development, we tried getting across to the couple via their mobile lines to no avail. Equally, our text was not replied before we went to press.

Weeks back, when the news broke that the marriage of the entertainment couple packed up, and Owo reportedly moved his property out of matrimonial home, the situation left many tongues within and outside the industry wagging and nagging.

However, few days after, social media was agog that Owo and pretty mother of his lovely kids-Omotola and Anuoluwapo were back together as husband and wife. The development that shocked their critics, especially those that had written off the union and ranked it among the industry’s irreconcilable marriage break ups.
