7-star menu delights guests at Cuppy Gold Gala

Guests were treated to 7-star fine dining at Cuppy Gold Gala at Transcorp Hilton in Abuja with sumptuous plates of delicacy disappearing one after another.

From starter to dessert of gold leaf Gelato, it was a trip in gourmet ecstasy. 

Here’s what was on the menu:

Starter

Boneless Oak-Smoked Turkey Breast

Galia melong, smoked turkey and feta cheese

Or

Garden Salad

Fresh garden green lettuce, vegetable crudities, avocado strips and drizzle of lemon coriander dressing

Or

Traditional Game Broth

Boneless goat meat, flavoured with scent leaf

MAIN

Braised King of River

Served tripled decker Potatoes, roasted vegetables and cherry tomato coulis

Or

Beef Ragu

Accompanied with fried dodo & Jollof Rice

Or

Sichua Chicken

Wok fried chicken with sichua chili, seasonal vegetable and steamed rice

DESSERT
