Pastor Taiwo Odukoya christens new baby

-Opens new South African branch

THE founder of Fountain of Life Church, Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, is still sunbathing in happiness over the arrival of his son weeks back in South Africa.  The preacher’s joy, again, became multiplied when he dedicated and opened a branch of Fountain of Life Church in Johannesburg, South Africa.  Insiders revealed that the South African branch was declared open days after his South African wife, Pastor Nomthi Odukoya gave birth to their son christened Daniel Oluwatimilehin.

Sources revealed that the 54 year-old with his wife, were in South Africa to perfect the planting of the church branch when his wife went into labour.  The latest addition to the over 10 year old ministry is so strategically positioned that Odukoya and his wife will find it very comfortable propagating the gospel around the South African region.  One of the first activities that came up in the new church was the wedding ceremony of Pastor Dipo Oshinoye, on Saturday, August 28, 2010.  Pastor Oshinoye, we gathered, will be in charge of the new church.

ENCOMIUM Weekly checks further revealed that the commissioning of the latest addition would have been done earlier in the year but for the FIFA World Cup, which came up in that country from June 11 to July 22, 2010.  We learnt that ever since Pastor Taiwo Odukoya met his South African wife years back, there had been repeated pressure on the preacher to open a branch in South Africa and now, the long request had been boosted with a branch in his wife’s native country.

Another branch of the church which was planted years back in the USA is headed by Pastor John Odukoya.
