Pastor Taiwo Odukoya steps out with pregnant South African wife

PICTURES don’t lie. And like they say in journalism, a single picture can tell more than a thousand stories.

Pastor Taiwo Odukoya’s South African wife, Simangele Rosemary Zulu, is heavy and happy.  And below are her exclusive photographs. The woman who stepped into late Pastor Bimbo Odukoya’s shoes as the first lady of Fountain of Life Church, headquartered on Town Planning Way, Ilupeju, Lagos, stepped out with her bulging tummy and hubby on Friday, June 18, 2010.

This was at the graduation ceremony of Grace Springs Vocational Centre, owned by the ministry.  And all through the time they were there, it was lovey-dovey, with the groom repeatedly proving himself a champion lover.

In fact, the duo exhibited so much love and life, affection and attention, that most church members and guests became jealous.

Never far away from each other or even walking alone, they held hands, and smiled ceaselessly.  The clincher, however, was when the controversy-free preacher, as he moved round the venue, suddenly stumbled on a beautiful hat, which he romantically placed on the head of his wife, attracting applause from left, right and centre.

Pastor Odukoya, it would be recalled, remarried on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 after the demise of his hugely popular wife, Pastor Bimbo in the Sosoliso plane crash of December 10, 2005, in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.  A father of three (Tobi, Jimi and Tolu), the former staff of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), who read Petroleum Engineering at the University of Ibadan (in Oyo State) is now expecting his fourth child.  And all thing being equal, this would be in the next few months.

Their marriage, by the way, held at the exotic The Civic Centre, on Victoria Island, Lagos –and on hand to usher them into matrimony were A-list men of God like Pastor Enoch Adeboye, Bishop David Oyedepo, Bishop Mike Okonkwo, Apostle Anselm Madubuko and Pastor Paul Adefarasin, among others.
